Cavalieri Merlot 2022

The Cavalieri Merlot is produced in the Drama region of Northern Greece, a notable area for quality wine production with a continental climate that favors red grape varieties.

This wine is made exclusively from Merlot grapes, a variety known for its soft tannins and rich fruit flavors.

The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo controlled fermentation at low temperatures to preserve aromatic complexity. The wine is aged in oak barrels to enhance structure and add subtle vanilla and spice notes.
