Chardonnay 2024

Aves del Sur Chardonnay is produced in the southern wine regions of Chile, known for their cool climate and ideal conditions for white grape varietals.

The wine is made exclusively from 100% Chardonnay grapes, a varietal celebrated for its versatility and expressive character.

The Chardonnay grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed to preserve delicate aromas. The fermentation process is carried out in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to maintain freshness and fruit expression. Some batches may undergo partial aging in oak barrels to add complexity and subtle vanilla notes.

• Appearance: Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections.
• Aroma: Fresh and vibrant with notes of green apple, citrus, and hints of tropical fruits such as pineapple and melon.
• Palate: Crisp and well-balanced acidity, medium-bodied with flavors of ripe pear and subtle buttery undertones.
• Finish: Clean and refreshing with a lingering fruity aftertaste.
