Produced in the Dão region of Portugal, Quinta da Cabriz is renowned for its traditional winemaking and high-quality wines that express the unique terroir of this historic area.

The wine is typically crafted from a blend of indigenous Portuguese grape varieties common to the Dão region, including Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz (Tempranillo), and Alfrocheiro.

The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully selected to ensure optimal ripeness. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks with temperature control to preserve the fruit character. The wine is then aged in oak barrels to develop complexity and structure before bottling.

The Colheita Selecionada Red offers a deep ruby color with aromas of ripe red berries, subtle spice, and hints of oak. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with balanced acidity and smooth tannins, delivering flavors of cherry, plum, and a touch of vanilla, culminating in a persistent finish.
