The wine is crafted by Strofilia using traditional fermentation techniques combined with modern winemaking practices. Grapes are hand-harvested and carefully selected to ensure quality. Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in oak barrels to develop complexity and balance.

This red blend offers a deep ruby color with aromas of ripe red fruits, such as cherry and plum, complemented by subtle spicy and earthy notes. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with smooth tannins, balanced acidity, and a lingering finish featuring hints of vanilla and pepper.
