The Don Juan blend is crafted by carefully selecting Malbec and Cabernet Franc grapes from Los Noques vineyards. The grapes undergo controlled fermentation at regulated temperatures to preserve varietal character. The wine is aged in oak barrels to enhance complexity and structure before bottling.

This red blend exhibits a deep ruby color with aromas of ripe black fruits, such as blackberry and plum, complemented by subtle floral and spicy notes from the Cabernet Franc.
