Produced in Lebanon, Mezzek Merlot reflects the unique terroir of the Bekaa Valley, a renowned wine-producing region known for its high altitude vineyards and Mediterranean climate.

This wine is made exclusively from Merlot grapes, a varietal celebrated for its soft tannins and fruity character.

The Merlot grapes are hand-harvested and carefully selected to ensure optimal ripeness. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruit’s freshness. The wine is then aged in oak barrels to develop complexity and smoothness before bottling.
