The Montlouis appellation is located on the right bank of the Loire River, near Tours, known for its limestone-rich soils and temperate climate favorable to Chenin Blanc cultivation.

Production
The grapes are hand-harvested from selected parcels in the Les Choisilles vineyard. Vinification is carried out with careful temperature control to preserve aromatic freshness. The wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging on fine lees to enhance texture and complexity.
