Production
The wine is produced using traditional Burgundian methods. Grapes are hand-harvested and undergo fermentation with indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Aging is carried out in French oak barrels, a portion of which are new, for approximately 12 to 18 months to develop complexity and structure.
Tasting notes
This Pinot Noir exhibits a bright ruby color with aromas of red berries, cherry, and subtle earthy undertones. On the palate, it is elegant and well-balanced with fine tannins, fresh acidity, and a lingering finish marked by hints of spice and mineral nuances.
Food pairings

- Grilled salmon or other fatty fish
- Mushroom risotto or dishes with earthy flavors
- Soft cheeses like Brie or Camembert
