Variety
100% Pinot Noir grape variety, selected for its delicate structure and aromatic complexity.
Production
The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo gentle crushing. Fermentation takes place in small open-top fermenters with regular punch-downs to extract color and flavor. The wine is matured in French oak barrels for approximately 10 months to develop complexity and smooth tannins before bottling.
