Porto Pink

Produced in the Douro Valley, Portugal, a region renowned for its historic and prestigious Port wine production.

This rosé Port is typically crafted from a blend of traditional Douro grape varieties, including:

• Touriga Nacional
• Tinta Roriz (Tempranillo)
• Touriga Franca
• Other local red grape varieties

The NV Porto Pink is produced by fermenting the grapes with limited skin contact to achieve its characteristic pink hue. The fermentation is stopped early by the addition of grape spirit (aguardente), preserving natural sweetness and fresh fruit aromas. It is then aged briefly in stainless steel tanks to maintain freshness and vibrant color before bottling.

The wine exhibits a bright pink color with aromas of fresh red berries, such as strawberries and raspberries, complemented by floral notes. On the palate, it is fresh, lively, and slightly sweet with balanced acidity and a smooth finish.
