Schlossberg Riesling Mosel 2018

The Schlossberg Riesling Mosel is produced in the Mosel wine region of Germany, renowned for its steep slate vineyards along the Mosel River. This region is famous for producing some of the world's finest Rieslings with pronounced minerality and vibrant acidity.

This wine is made exclusively from the Riesling grape variety, known for its aromatic complexity, high acidity, and ability to express terroir distinctly.

The grapes are hand-harvested from the Schlossberg vineyard, a steep, south-facing site with slate-rich soils that contribute to the wine’s characteristic minerality. The fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve the fresh fruit aromas and crisp acidity. The wine is typically aged on the lees for a short period to enhance texture before bottling.
