Signature Mantinia 2022

Produced in the Mantinia region of Greece, known for its high-altitude vineyards and ideal climate for white grape varieties.

Made primarily from the Moschofilero grape, a native Greek white variety celebrated for its aromatic qualities and crisp acidity.

The grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed to preserve delicate aromas. Fermentation occurs at controlled low temperatures in stainless steel tanks to maintain freshness and aromatic intensity. The wine is aged briefly on fine lees to enhance texture before bottling.
