Origin
Produced in the Saint-Joseph appellation, located in the northern Rhône Valley of France. This region is renowned for its steep granite slopes and continental climate, ideal for Syrah grape cultivation.
Variety
The wine is made exclusively from Syrah grapes, the signature red variety of the northern Rhône.
Production
The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo traditional vinification methods. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and aromatic complexity. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for several months to develop structure and integrate tannins harmoniously.
Tasting notes
- Appearance: Deep ruby red color with purple highlights.
- Aroma: Intense aromas of black fruits such as blackberry and blackcurrant, complemented by subtle spicy and smoky notes.

- Finish: Long and persistent with a refined mineral touch.

- Hearty stews and casseroles.
- Strong cheeses like aged Gouda or blue cheese.
