The Alvarinho Granit is crafted from grapes grown on granite soils, which impart a distinctive minerality to the wine. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo controlled fermentation at low temperatures to preserve aromatic complexity. The wine is aged briefly on fine lees to enhance texture and complexity before bottling.
