Amarone 2023

Produced in the Valpolicella region of Veneto, Italy, renowned for its traditional Amarone wines made from dried grapes.

The wine is typically crafted from a blend of Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grape varieties, which are native to the Valpolicella area.

Grapes are harvested and then dried for several months to concentrate sugars and flavors, a process known as appassimento. The wine undergoes slow fermentation and extended aging in oak barrels to develop complexity and structure.
