Blue Alepou Dry Red 2018

Produced in the Amyndeon region of Northern Greece, Kir-Yianni’s Blue Alepou Dry Red is crafted in a terroir known for its high altitude vineyards and continental climate, which contribute to the wine’s distinctive character.

The wine is primarily made from the Xinomavro grape variety, a native Greek red grape known for its complex structure and aging potential.

The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo controlled fermentation with temperature regulation to preserve aromatic intensity. The wine is aged in oak barrels to develop complexity and soften tannins before bottling.
