Origin

The Boudin Chablis AOC is produced in the Chablis region, located in the northern part of Burgundy, France. This area is renowned for its cool climate and limestone-rich Kimmeridgian soils, which contribute to the distinctive minerality of the wines.

Variety

This wine is made exclusively from the Chardonnay grape variety, which is the only permitted grape in the Chablis AOC designation.

Production

The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully selected to ensure quality. The winemaking process involves cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh and crisp character typical of Chablis wines. The wine is aged on fine lees for several months to enhance texture and complexity without the influence of oak aging.
