Origin
Bourgogne Pinot Noir is produced in the Burgundy region of France, a renowned area for its high-quality Pinot Noir wines. The Boyer - De Bar estate sources grapes from vineyards located within this appellation, benefiting from the region’s temperate climate and limestone-rich soils.
Variety
This wine is made exclusively from the Pinot Noir grape variety, known for its delicate and complex character.
Production
The grapes are hand-harvested to ensure optimal ripeness and quality. After destemming and gentle crushing, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the varietal aromas. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation to soften acidity, followed by aging in oak barrels for several months to develop complexity and structure before bottling.
