Origin
Produced in the Chablis appellation, located in the Burgundy region of France, known for its cool climate and limestone-rich soils ideal for Chardonnay cultivation.
Variety
100% Chardonnay from old vines (Vieilles Vignes), which typically means vines aged 30 years or more, contributing to greater complexity and concentration in the wine.
Production
The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully selected. Vinification is traditionally done in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and minerality, with some producers possibly using oak barrels for subtle complexity. The wine is aged on fine lees to enhance texture and depth.
