The wine is primarily made from Sangiovese grapes, the traditional variety of the Chianti Classico appellation.

The grapes are cultivated following organic farming principles without synthetic pesticides or herbicides. After hand harvesting, fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature to preserve varietal aromas. The wine is aged in a combination of stainless steel and large oak casks to enhance complexity while maintaining freshness.
