Production
- Hand-harvested grapes from selected vineyards within the Montemaggio estate.
- Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve aromatic complexity.
- Aging for a minimum of 24 months, including at least 3 months in bottle, in accordance with Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG rules.
- Wood aging typically involves French and/or Slavonian oak barrels to enhance structure and complexity.
Tasting notes

On the nose, it reveals intense aromas of ripe cherries, wild berries, violet, and subtle spicy notes of clove and vanilla. The palate is well-structured and balanced, with firm tannins and a persistent finish marked by hints of leather and tobacco.
Food pairings
