Ciro Greco White is produced in the Calabria region of southern Italy, specifically in the Ciro DOC area, known for its rich viticultural heritage and Mediterranean climate.

This white wine is primarily made from the Greco Bianco grape variety, indigenous to southern Italy and prized for its aromatic qualities and balanced acidity.

The grapes are carefully harvested by hand to preserve quality. After destemming and gentle pressing, the must undergoes controlled fermentation at low temperatures to enhance aromatic expression. The wine is then aged briefly in stainless steel tanks to maintain freshness and purity of flavor before bottling.
