Diaporos Dry Red 2018

Produced in the Amyndeon region of Northern Greece, Kir-Yianni’s Diaporos Dry Red is crafted in a terroir known for its high altitude vineyards and continental climate, which contribute to the wine’s distinctive character.

This wine is primarily made from the Xinomavro grape variety, a native Greek varietal renowned for its complex structure and aging potential.

The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and varietal character. The wine is then aged in oak barrels to develop complexity and soften tannins before bottling.
