DYO ELIES DRY RED is produced by Kir-Yianni, a renowned winery located in the Amyndeon region of Northern Greece. This area is known for its high-altitude vineyards and favorable climate for quality red wine production.

This wine is crafted primarily from indigenous Greek grape varieties, with a focus on Xinomavro, a signature red grape of the Amyndeon region known for its aging potential and complex flavor profile.

The grapes are hand-harvested from selected vineyards and undergo controlled fermentation to preserve the varietal character. The wine is aged in oak barrels to develop complexity and structure before bottling.
