Origin
Produced in the Fronsac appellation, located on the right bank of the Bordeaux wine region in France. The terroir is characterized by clay-limestone soils which contribute to the structure and complexity of the wine.
Variety
The wine is typically a blend dominated by Merlot grapes, complemented by Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties, which are traditional to the Fronsac appellation.
Production
The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo traditional vinification methods including fermentation in temperature-controlled vats. The wine is aged in oak barrels for several months to enhance complexity and structure before bottling.
