The grapes are hand-harvested from the Grandes Vignes Premier Cru vineyard. The wine is produced using traditional Burgundian methods including fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in French oak barrels for approximately 12 to 18 months to develop complexity and structure.
