Produced in the Bairrada region of Portugal, a renowned wine-producing area known for its unique terroir and Atlantic influence.

Made exclusively from the Maria Gomes grape variety, also known as Fernão Pires, which is one of Portugal’s most widely planted white grape varieties.

The grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed to preserve aromatic intensity. Fermentation occurs at controlled low temperatures to enhance freshness and fruit expression. The wine is aged briefly in stainless steel tanks to maintain its crisp character.
