Origin
Produced in the Meursault appellation, located in the Côte de Beaune subregion of Burgundy, France. This area is renowned for its exceptional white wines made predominantly from Chardonnay grapes.
Variety
100% Chardonnay grape variety.
Production
The wine is crafted using traditional Burgundian winemaking techniques. Grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed. Fermentation occurs in oak barrels, with a portion of new oak to enhance complexity. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged on fine lees for several months to develop richness and texture.
