Produced in the Valencia region of Spain, Los Frailes wines are crafted in the Utiel-Requena appellation, known for its traditional Mediterranean climate and limestone-rich soils that contribute to the unique character of the wine.

The grapes are organically cultivated without synthetic pesticides or herbicides. Hand-harvested, the fruit undergoes traditional fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks to preserve varietal purity. The wine is aged briefly in neutral vessels to maintain freshness and express the terroir.

This organic red wine exhibits a deep ruby color with vibrant aromas of ripe red berries, wild herbs, and subtle earthy nuances. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with balanced acidity, smooth tannins, and a lingering finish featuring hints of spice and mineral complexity.
