The Montlouis Clos Habert is produced by Domaine Chidaine using traditional winemaking techniques. The grapes are hand-harvested from the Clos Habert vineyard, known for its limestone-rich soils. The wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and aromatic purity. It is aged on fine lees to enhance texture and complexity before bottling.

The wine displays a brilliant pale gold color. On the nose, it offers vibrant aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits, and subtle mineral notes. The palate is fresh and lively with flavors of green apple, quince, and a touch of honeyed richness. Balanced acidity and a mineral-driven finish provide excellent length and elegance.
