Paranga Dry Red 2023

Produced in the Amyndeon region of Northern Greece, Paranga Dry Red is crafted by Kir-Yianni, a winery renowned for its dedication to quality and expression of Greek terroir.

Paranga Dry Red is a blend primarily composed of indigenous Greek grape varieties, including Xinomavro and Negoska, which are native to the Amyndeon region.

The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and varietal character. The wine is aged for a period in oak barrels to develop complexity and structure before bottling.
