Produced in the Vinho Verde region of Portugal, Soalheiro is renowned for its high-quality Alvarinho wines. The vineyards are located in the Monção and Melgaço subregion, known for its unique microclimate and granite soils that contribute to the wine’s distinctive character.

The wine is made exclusively from the Alvarinho grape variety, a native white grape of the Vinho Verde region prized for its aromatic intensity, freshness, and complexity.

Soalheiro PET NAT ALVARINHO is crafted using the méthode ancestrale, a traditional sparkling wine production technique. The wine undergoes a single fermentation in stainless steel tanks and is bottled before fermentation is complete, allowing natural carbonation to develop in the bottle without added yeasts or sugars. This results in a lightly sparkling, fresh, and natural expression of the Alvarinho grape.
