The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully selected to ensure quality. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature to preserve the delicate aromas of Pinot Noir. The wine is aged for several months in French oak barrels, which adds complexity and subtle vanilla notes while maintaining the varietal character.
