Produced in the Mount Langi Ghiran wine region, located in Victoria, Australia. This region is known for its cool climate and elevated vineyards which contribute to the wine’s distinctive character.

100% Shiraz grape variety, renowned for producing rich and full-bodied red wines with vibrant fruit flavors and spice notes.

The Talus Shiraz is crafted using traditional winemaking techniques combined with modern practices. Grapes are handpicked to ensure optimal ripeness, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is then matured in a combination of French and American oak barrels to develop complexity and structure before bottling.
