Production
The wine is crafted using traditional Burgundian winemaking techniques. Grapes are hand-harvested and undergo a gentle fermentation in open wooden vats. Aging takes place in French oak barrels, a portion of which are new, for approximately 12 to 18 months to develop structure and complexity.
