Produced in Greece, the AYEHOROS Xinomavro/Merlot blend comes from the vineyards of the Macedonian region, known for its ideal terroir for Xinomavro grapes.

The wine is crafted by carefully selecting ripe grapes from both varieties. Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness. The blend is then aged in oak barrels to develop complexity and balance before bottling.

AYEHOROS Xinomavro/Merlot offers a deep ruby color with aromas of red berries, plum, and subtle spicy notes. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with balanced acidity and smooth tannins, finishing with hints of oak and a lingering fruit character.
