Paliokalias Naoussa 2021

Paliokalias Naoussa is produced in the Naoussa region of Northern Greece, an area renowned for its rich viticultural heritage and ideal terroir for red wine production.

The wine is made exclusively from the Xinomavro grape variety, a native Greek varietal celebrated for its complex character and aging potential.

The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo controlled fermentation at low temperatures to preserve aromatic complexity. The wine is then aged in oak barrels to develop structure and depth before bottling.
