Origin
Produced in the Bandol appellation, located in the Provence region of southeastern France. Château Pibarnon is situated near the Mediterranean coast, benefiting from a Mediterranean climate with warm, dry summers and mild winters.
Variety
The Bandol Rosé from Château Pibarnon is primarily made from Mourvèdre grapes, which is the signature variety of the Bandol appellation. It may also include small proportions of Grenache and Cinsault.
Production
The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully sorted to ensure quality. The rosé is produced using a traditional method involving limited skin contact to extract delicate color and aromas. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and aromatic complexity. The wine is aged briefly before bottling to maintain its vibrant character.
