The grapes are organically grown and hand-harvested. The wine is produced using sustainable practices with minimal intervention. After gentle pressing, fermentation occurs at controlled low temperatures to preserve freshness and aromatic complexity. The wine is aged briefly in stainless steel tanks to maintain its crisp character.

Bright and fresh with a pale straw color. Aromas of citrus fruits, green apple, and subtle floral notes. On the palate, it is crisp and lively with balanced acidity, hints of tropical fruit, and a clean, refreshing finish.
