Origin
Santorini Nikteri is produced on the island of Santorini, Greece, a volcanic island in the Aegean Sea known for its unique terroir and traditional viticulture.
Variety
The wine is made primarily from the indigenous Assyrtiko grape variety, often blended with small amounts of Athiri and Aidani grapes.
Production
The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo controlled fermentation at low temperatures to preserve freshness and aromatic complexity. The wine is aged on its lees for several months to enhance texture and depth before bottling.
