Produced in Greece, Vin Santo by Hatziyiannis is a traditional dessert wine reflecting the rich winemaking heritage of the region.

Vin Santo is typically crafted from indigenous Greek grape varieties, often including Assyrtiko, Aidani, or Athiri grapes, which are dried to concentrate sugars before fermentation.

The grapes are harvested and then dried naturally to reduce moisture content, concentrating sugars and flavors. The partially dried grapes undergo slow fermentation and extended aging in small oak barrels, which imparts complexity and a characteristic amber color to the wine.
