The wine is made exclusively from the Zilavka grape, an indigenous white grape variety native to the Herzegovina region, prized for its crisp acidity and aromatic profile.

The grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness and undergo gentle pressing to preserve delicate aromas. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to maintain freshness and varietal character. The wine is aged briefly on fine lees to enhance texture before bottling.
