Cave Spring Estate Riesling is produced in the Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, Canada. This region is renowned for its cool climate and limestone-rich soils, ideal for growing high-quality Riesling grapes.

The wine is made exclusively from Riesling grapes, a varietal known for its aromatic complexity and vibrant acidity.

The Estate Riesling is crafted using traditional winemaking techniques emphasizing minimal intervention to preserve the grape’s natural expression. Grapes are hand-harvested from estate vineyards and gently pressed. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to maintain freshness and aromatic intensity. The wine is aged on its lees for a period to enhance texture and complexity before bottling.

This Riesling exhibits a brilliant pale straw color with green highlights. The nose reveals vibrant aromas of lime, green apple, and white peach, complemented by subtle floral and mineral notes. On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing with bright acidity, flavors of citrus and stone fruits, and a clean, lingering finish with a hint of minerality.
