Origin
Produced in Greece, the IERIA Moschofilero Rosé comes from the Peloponnese region, known for its ideal climate and terroir for Moschofilero grape cultivation.
Variety
This rosé is made exclusively from the Moschofilero grape, a native Greek white grape variety that is also used to produce aromatic rosé wines.
Production
The grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed to extract the juice. The rosé is produced by limited skin contact to achieve its delicate pink color. Fermentation occurs at controlled low temperatures to preserve the aromatic qualities of the Moschofilero grape. The wine is then clarified and bottled without extended aging to maintain freshness and vibrancy.
