Origin
Val de Salis Pinot Noir is produced in the Yarra Valley, Victoria, Australia, a region renowned for its cool climate viticulture which is ideal for cultivating Pinot Noir grapes.
Variety
The wine is made exclusively from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, a variety known for its delicate structure and complex aromatic profile.
Production
The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo gentle crushing and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is matured in French oak barrels to enhance complexity and add subtle oak nuances, before bottling.
