Prosecco Quorum DOCG

Produced in the Veneto region of Italy, within the Prosecco DOCG area, which includes the provinces of Treviso and Venice. This region is renowned for its ideal climate and soil conditions for growing Glera grapes used in Prosecco production.

The wine is primarily made from the Glera grape variety, which is traditional for Prosecco wines. The blend may include small percentages of other authorized local varieties as per DOCG regulations.

Produced using the Charmat (tank) method, where the secondary fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh and fruity character of the wine. The process ensures fine and persistent bubbles typical of quality Prosecco DOCG.

• Appearance: Pale straw yellow with fine, persistent perlage.
• Aroma: Intense and fruity bouquet with notes of green apple, pear, and white flowers.
• Palate: Fresh, crisp, and well-balanced with a harmonious acidity and a clean, slightly sweet finish.
